A famous airshow crowd pleasure, here an F-111C from the Royal Australian Air Force's No.1 Squadron performed a 'dump and burn' against the dramatic backdrop of inclement weather.
The Royal Australian Air Force F-111, now retired from service, was a supersonic long-range strike aircraft. It was also known as the 'Pig' for its ability to hunt at night with its nose in the weeds, thanks to its terrain-following radar.
