Born into a family with numerous aviation links, Scott was an Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force for ten years before he started his photography business. Scott undertook his first solo in a Cessna at age 17, has flown in front line fighter aircraft such as the F/A-18 Hornet, flown in military jet trainers, undertaken flights in search and rescue helicopters and flown high performance aerobatic aircraft. He posseses a comprehensive understanding of the civil and military aviation sectors, bringing an unparralled understanding of aviation to photography.
